This policy explains what information TTMCHANGE collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to respond to inquiries and operate the site — we do not sell your data.
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company or institution name, service of interest, and message you provide. We do not require account creation and do not collect payment information through this site.
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, prepare a project proposal. We do not use this information for marketing without your consent.
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Resend, our transactional email provider, and are not stored in a separate database by this website. Resend processes the message content to deliver it; see Resend's own privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and performance. It is designed to operate without tracking cookies or collecting personally identifiable information tied to individual visitors.
Email inquiries are retained in our inbox for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, or until you ask us to delete them.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you've submitted to us by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
This website is hosted on Vercel and uses Resend for transactional email delivery. Each provider processes data under their own privacy terms as part of delivering these services.
